    Specifically, I help organisations – particularly in the built environment – understand how their everyday behaviours shape whose allowed in, who progresses, and ultimately, what gets built. My work sits at the intersection of inclusion, leadership, organisational culture, and the outcomes we see for people, place, and planet.
