Cultivating Inclusive Excellence

Collaborating with Unheard Voice has been an inspiration for Building People, bringing energy, expertise and a calm, listening approach to our challenge of increasing representation in the built environment sector. Marsha doesn’t just know inclusion but absolutely walks the talk and ensures open and frank conversations without judgement. Equally, Marsha brings authority and confidence and isn’t afraid to challenge and to supportively educate, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that our sector so desperately needs. Crucially, Marsha delivers joined-up action, with collaboration at its core. The partnership is a huge asset to Building People and Marsha continues to be an absolute inspiration to me.

We invited Marsha Ramroop from Unheard Voice to give a lecture on inclusion, because she is a specialist in the field of inclusion with many years of experience. To rebuild Ukraine, we need the best global practices that will help generate our own standards. Marsha has a unique vision in this field. She approaches inclusivity not only from the standpoint of comfort but also from the perspective of the philosophy of relationships among city residents, because no benevolent intention will be effective without incorporating humanity.
